About “Seraphim”:

“The ‘Burning Ones”, or seraphim, are the highest echelon of angels. Each subject is an entity embued with elements of classicism - as neo-mannerist portraits painted on canvas - or as sculptural assemblages composed of plastic dolls with a mosaic of eggshells, bone, antler, cloth, insects, bits of glass, wire. These seraphim are composed of the detritus of humanity and nature, recycled by the imagination and brought together in apotheosis.”

Seraphim will be on view through November 1st with a Reception for the Artist on Thursday, October 20th, 2022 from 5-7pm.
